Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Yes, I was pressured

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I was a little grossed out by their breath here. It wasn't the worst breath I've ever smelled, but It didn't smell too fresh either. I never had to doubt their qualificat... read more
