Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Does this dentist use current and safe equipment?
