Let’s just say the staff are absolutely rude and unsympathetic no wonder why they have such a bad review. My boyfriend and I are such quiet and law abiding individuals, and we always pay are rent on time and just because the pest control dude couldn’t stick around to do the job the 2nd time around, we have to leave in 3 days. Thanks a lot.
I just wanted to give a Big THANK YOU to the 7s patrol officer who saved my butt this morning! At 3AM, I grabbed my boyfriends keys to let the dog out but failed to realize he had taken the fob off. I was locked outside without a phone and it was beginning to snow. After about 5 minutes of waiting by the door a patrol officer pulled up and let us in. I'm so thankful to this guy for doing such a great job monitoring the buildings. Not sure what I would have done.
Timber Creek is the absolute best couples around!!! Apartments are reasonably priced and have large floor plans and nice features: fireplaces, balcony, in unit washer/dryer, the list goes on and on. Super pet friendly! What really sets it apart is the wonderful staff!! From the maintenance guys to the management every single person who works here is friendly. They know your name and probably your dog's name too!!!
