it is not surprising to know there are corporations that do not actually care about people and it takes a pandemic to bring the bad ones to light. This place is a bad one.
This is a long review, but I feel it’s worth reading if you are looking into moving here. I initially signed the contract to live here in June 2016 because it was conveniently located to both work and many stores and it was the cheapest that I found. RecommendedA seasoned facility that the staff works hard to maintain and upgrade. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to take care of any of your needs.
I love Cottonwood Creek! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the property is spectacular, it’s dog friendly with its own dog park area and bike trail. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
I have lived here for almost 6 months and I couldn't be happier! I absolutely love living here. The office staff is so nice and helpful. If I need help with anything or have a maintenance issue I never feel like I'm an inconvenience. The residents are nice and the grounds are kept up and are very clean. Best place by far that I have had the pleasure of living in.
