I have lived here for over 5 years and within the year they have recently changed people running the office who by far have been the worst (the only exception is Mary). They wouldn’t help you if your life depended on it. My Maintenance problem (air conditioning) has not been fixed over Two Months and I am on the 2nd floor in 90 Degree weather. They continue to give me some lame excuses as to why it’s taking so long and all I need is Freon? They haven’t been able to get me this request for this long is ridiculous! They didn’t... read more

All DRY in CottonHOOD – When we first moved in we chose this place because of the spacious apartments, they seemed very nice and we thoroughly scrutinized everything in the apartment(so we could get as much of the security deposit back as possible) and because of the pool but we did not know that the pool would be closed for 98% of our year stay! It is ridiculous that during the spring and summer months while the temperature breaks 90 degrees the pool stays shut down and they don't care enough to fix it as quickly as possibl... read more
