If I could less then 1 star, I would. My family and I have experienced a most unprofessional experience with Russell Cotton. It appears that he is putting his own ego before his clients benefit. He refuses to reply to offers in writing........only verbally and has lied about the appraisal that he has a listing for...It appears that..he represents a woman who is ill and is imposing his will upon her
