Beautiful and well maintained property. It’s pretty wuiet and the community managers do a great job at planning events throughout the year. The kids are safe to play outside, which is hard to find. Cute dog park and has electric grills.
I’ve had the pleasure of living in many lovely apartments over my seven decades, but The Cottages on Tazewell has truly been the best. And it’s not just because of the beautiful apartment or the well-kept grounds—though those are wonderful—but because of the Cottages team. I stayed here 4.5 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and dog friendly. Maintenance was always very attentive with work orders. Any time I needed something fixed, the task would be complete by the time I came home from work. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something nice and reasonably priced!
