In 2022, I was working for a company that locations world-wide. I was living in Florida at the time while reporting to an executive in Knoxville. I lived there for one year and I definetely would recommend these apartments! Nice and clean neighborhood, really good swimming pool and gym, people in the office are super responsive and caring, maintenence are really quick and dong really good job. Love the huge bathtube they have, reason for leaving is because it was a little pricy for me but in general I would definetely recommend it!
Beautiful and well maintained property. It’s pretty wuiet and the community managers do a great job at planning events throughout the year. The kids are safe to play outside, which is hard to find. Cute dog park and has electric grills.
