Overall a great community to live in! Maintenance responds in a pretty timely fashion and the office is friendly!
I get charged for valet trash, however my trash hasn’t been picked up for 5 days. I am also required to have renter’s insurance, which I do. But they charge me a fee for it simply because they started using a portal for verification of such insurance. I have tried to contact the office, but no one is responding. I contacted the HQ for some answers. Hopefully this will help get some answers.
