I have lived here the last 2 years, and am only moving due to wanting to live in a new part of Austin. I would highly recommend this complex. Parking is right in front of the units, there are no hidden fees or anything, and units are quiet and appliances work as they should. Maintenance is also very quick to fix issues and the leasing staff is great. I have a few small issues, but nothing that makes this complex less than 5 stars.
