I’ve lived here for a year and I only give a one star because while the staff in office and maintenance staff are amazing, there is dog poop literally everywhere. If you have a dog, or even a kid, DO NOT LIVE HERE. There has been dog poop laying in the grass for literally months at this point. It’s everywhere, I have to walk far away from my apartment to try and find a halfway clear spot to take my dogs. Don't get 1112. They need to nuke the entire building 11 and start over again to get rid of the roaches. 9 months of agony.
Muy mala experiencia el personal de atención al cliente y mantenimiento no lo recomiendo muy mal trato tanto para reparaciones tanto para la seguridad debido a robos dentro del complejo además del alto precio.. I do not recommend it at all the attention and maintenance staff have a bad treatment towards customers apart from the fact that the security is not very good that we say.. very bad experience I do not recommend them
From day one of inquiring about The Cottages, to my visit, and then moving in, the experience has been nothing short of incredible. When placing requests for maintenance help, the team has been very friendly, hospitable, and efficient in handling the issues with one call resolution outcome in my cases.
