This place used to be one of the best looking complexes in Lubbock, but it's going down hill. My girlfriend will not be signing a new lease at this rate. That pretty blue pool with the fountains in the picture above is now almost green, has trash floating in it and no fountains. People leave trash bags by their front doors and stairwells are showing signs of age already. It's unfortunate and surprising considering it's only 2 years old. Absolutely loved my time and experience here. The staff is amazing and so attentive and helpful. Neighbors were great and never noisy. The pool is a huge perk. Never had any problems here. All good things �

There are so many things I don't like about this complex. The walls are so thin. My neighbors are quiet people but the construction of the buildings is poor making every movement audible. They made the decision to take USPS packages at the front office (instead of front door delivery) and they don't alert you of the delivery unless you specifically ask. I love living here. This is an outstanding place. I have some pretty great neighbors and it's a quiet place. Would recommend this place to anyone!
