RecommendedMy wife and I love living here at The Cottages. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Maintenance always shows up fairly quickly and gets everything fixed in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and you cant hear your upstairs neighbors!!
5 stars. Superb place to lived with... we’ve been here for almost 2 years and all I can say is such a great community to leave, peaceful and safe place to stay
I have lived here since August and they have been so accommodating and friendly. With it being my first apartment to rent they have helped out so much!
I love living here because of the pet-friendly atmosphere, beautiful architecture, and perfect location. 5 Stars. (& the staff is very friendly)

This has been such a wonderful experience, especially for a first time apartment renter. I have lived here since June, and have not had any problems. Quiet and safe complex, helpful staff, and a great, functional floor plan. Feels like home!
Great price for a 1 bedroom when starting out as a married couple. It’s nice not being in town so it’s a little more quiet where it’s located and one of the few places that allows dogs on the larger side. Also enjoy that they plan things as a community so you can get to know those around you!
One of the first residents to move into these apartment and I’ve never had any problems! The front office staff is always kind and caters to my every need! I’ve never had to wait longer than 24 hours for maintenance to come fix anything, although I’ve only had to call twice for little things that were not an immediate need! People keep stating that the gates never work or they’re cheap, but that’s only because people get too close and they hit the gate!
