The meds Brandon prescribed worked really quickly, by the next morning I noticed a big change for the better. He was very professional and caring. Veronica, the nurse, was so sweet and patient and friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate everyone at Cottage Urgent Care in Ventura. As an older, single woman, this service is invaluable when I need to be seen right away. My GP takes several weeks to get an appointment. I never felt rushed. I could ask questions and, best, get answers. Thank you.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at Cottage Health Poinsettia. I was greeted right away by the friendly front desk staff, and even as a walk-in, they got me back to a room incredibly fast. I was seen by Amy, the provider, and she was so kind, empathetic, and truly helpful. She took the time to listen and made me feel cared for. Thank you, Cottage Urgent Care, for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one!
