I walked in with my son and was seen right away even though I had scheduled an appointment at a different location. The MA and Nurse practitioner listened to all our concerns and didnt feel rushed. I always go tothis location for the friendly staff and fast check-in.
College Urgent Care Professional, Efficient, employees work as a team! I've been going to the Ventura Montalvo College Urgent Care for about 5 years now. First, it's very clean throughout; all employees are friendly and professional. Every time I have received care, a physician or Nurse Practitioner has been caring and friendly. I would highly recommend College Urgent Care to help our community.
I was just there and let me just say usually you hear horrible things about urgent care but this place top-tier I felt more comfortable because the two people that were helping me were Ashley and Mayra. They were awesome. They made me feel comfortable through the whole process and helped me through it. I was nervous. I always get nervous when I go to urgent care, but they made me feel so comfortable. Clean modern facility. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. On a Tuesday morning there was no wait time. Very efficient. I would certainly go there again should the need arise. Highly recommended for urgent care needs.
