I took my best friend here today because he had fallen and twisted his ankle, and it got really big and swollen. I went on google and found this location because his usual urgent care is closed today. I made an appt for 3:30, and we got there early. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted rudely by the lady at the desk, and when he told her we had arrived early and if we could wait there she snapped at him said they had other patients before him. One star since I can’t write 0 star. Do not go there if you need a Covid test and do not show major symptoms — which doesn’t mean that you do not have Covid. Many people do not show symptoms; we all know that know, and Covid is back with a vengeance. Unprofessional employees and quite disrespectful. They’re definitely giving Cottage hospital a very bad name. I was shocked and didn’t expect anything like this from such reputable medical institution. This was the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The PA & rad tech were great and I even received a call a few days later from the office checking in. Would definitely go Back!
I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and treatment of me, and my mom and dad. In total, we have been here 5 different times. I wish that weren't the case, but I would much rather come here than I would any ER where you are likely to wait for hours. With this last experience I made sure and got their names.
