I took my daughter to Cottage Urgent Care, Ventura, located in Victoria ave today after she stepped on a sewing needle that became stuck in her foot. The staff was amazing — very caring, kind, and efficient from the moment we arrived. We were seen by Alison English, PA, and she is an incredible provider. She is very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and was wonderful with my daughter, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Had to bring my daughter in on New Year’s Eve due to a cough that had been worsening over the past couple of days. The staff at Cottage Urgent Care were incredibly polite, efficient, and attentive—especially during a busy holiday. From checking in with Linda, to triage with Vivian, and finally being seen by Nurse Practitioner Amy, everyone was wonderful. We felt well taken care of, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Truly appreciate the great care and kindness we received.
Had a terrifying severe asthma attack today and went to this clinic. It is clean and the workers were ALL so kind and so thoughtful. Truly as wonderful of an experience as a doctors visit can be.
