The whole team was attentive, and efficient. I felt heard and cared for! The Doctor was caring, took time to actually help me and spent the needed time to diagnose.
I took my best friend here today because he had fallen and twisted his ankle, and it got really big and swollen. I went on google and found this location because his usual urgent care is closed today. I made an appt for 3:30, and we got there early. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted rudely by the lady at the desk, and when he told her we had arrived early and if we could wait there she snapped at him said they had other patients before him. One star since I can’t write 0 star. Do not go there if you need a Covid test and do not show major symptoms — which doesn’t mean that you do not have Covid. Many people do not show symptoms; we all know that know, and Covid is back with a vengeance. Unprofessional employees and quite disrespectful. This was the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The PA & rad tech were great and I even received a call a few days later from the office checking in. Would definitely go Back!
