First time coming to this office my daughter was really sick and it was a weekend. We walked right in and were see immediately, there was no line, only one other person in the lobby, we were in and out under 20 minutes. All of the staff were so helpful and kind. The office is spotless and new as well, not your typical old urgent care. Can’t recommend this place enough, awesome job to the staff and thank you for helping my daughter.

We have had to go to this Urgent Care a couple times for our little one and they have honestly been so kind and so awesome every visit. The real icing on the cake was my little one caught the stomach bug and I needed some puke bags for home and in the car and so I stopped in and they were so willing to help me and give me some bags to take with me. It was probably nothing to them but meant the world to this tired mama.

Maria refused to take my husband because she said there were three people ahead of him and they were going to close in 20 minutes. No where does it say on the website that they stop before hand. Your suppose to be open till it says closed and locking the door 20 minutes before close of day is bad business. I’ll be contacting corporate but I want other to be aware urgent care is selective of when they are open.

I had a disappointing experience at this facility. After waiting several hours to be seen, the interaction with the assigned nurse was unprofessional. Rather than providing a helpful consultation, she was visibly irritable and questioned my use of over-the-counter medications in a dismissive manner. Furthermore, despite the length of the visit, my request for a medical note was refused. It felt like a poor use of time and lacked the level of patient care I expected
