Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

I tried 3 different dentists in Davis County before discovering Dr. Luedtke. Our family couldn't be happier with the attention and service he's provided us. The cottage style home converted to office and his small staff make for a friendly and intimate atmosphere. Dr. Luedtke provides more personal attention than I've ever experienced with any other dentist, often performing tasks usually performed by a hygenist. a good experience – He is always friendly. The office is very homey, and there is a good selection of puzzles, books, etc for my kids. My oldest daughter had been in the play The Sound of Music. She mentioned this on her first visit, and the next time she had a visit, they remembered this and put on the movie to her delight. They let my youngest go back with her sister and watch so that she would feel more comfortable when it was her turn. My kids love going to the dentist.
