RecommendedI love Dr. Jones! She is understanding and just so compassionate about ALL animals! I have troubles taking my dog (who would be labeled “aggressive”) almost ANYWHERE. Let alone with this covid stuff not being able to be with him, they got him all fixed up!He’s nervous of new people and most times will snap but all the staff today made him feel comfortable. Everyone at both places are absolutely amazing. Karmen (pitbull) is absolutely calm and loves all the attention she gets from everyone. Every single person we have come across has been absolutely amazing and caring. Our favorite is Dr. Young she has so much love and knowledge. She absolutely explains everything and gives so much compassion. We go to both locations Cotner and Superior everyone is so loving and knowledgable. They truly treat you and your fur baby as family. Since moving to Lincoln, I have had the best experience at Cotner Vet Care with Dr. Young. When my cat got sick right after my wedding last year, she walked us through all of our options to get him better very compassionately. When we went back for my cat's wellness visit recently, she made my sweet Oliver feel so much calmer and comforted him through his examination. Dr. Young is very professional, kind, and thorough. I look forward to continuing to entrust her with my kitty's care.
They are very friendly, yet professional; they get you in for an appointment quickly; Dr. Jones & Lou are terrific-as well as all the techs & assistants.
I love the staff at Cotner they treat my furbaby with love and they are very very understanding and compassionate.
Excellent service, they actually pay attention to your pet and your pocketbook by keeping you informed of charges.
Had a great experience with Dr Jones and staff when I took my chihuahua, Bobo, in for a check up and teeth cleaning. The customer service was excellent and price of the service was fair. I will be going back!
