I can honestly reccomend Cote Family eye care. They have taken care of my eye health for many years. I've been a patient of both locations. Staff and the Doctors here are great.

I had my own prescription from my own eye doctor and just went into the office to look at the glasses. None of the staff at the front desk acknowledged me, but had their heads down on their mobile phones. I spent ten minutes in the dispensary with no one asking me if I need help. I finally went to the front desk and asked if I could get fit for a progressive lens into the frame I chose. I don`t write reviews but this needed to be addressed. I was referred to the practice by a long time patient of Dr. Cote. I came in during a busy day to book an appointment and the older lady at the front desk ignored me completely. She then proceeded to swear at me in multiple languages assuming I couldn`t hear her or understand and walked away entirely. I have been going to Dr. Matthew Cote for the last couple sets of glasses and find him thorough and great to deal with. The staff are friendly and professional and don't seem to change which tells me it's a good place to work. I highly recommend Cote Family Eye Care.
