Always kind. Always knowledgable, compassionate care. Takes time and explains. A great doctor but a great human being first.
He saved my life almost 17 years ago. That's reason enough for 5 stars. He is sometimes difficult to see because the hospital frequently calls him in for emergencies. Because Michigan Urology is a huge medical corporation and because of the times we live in, there's all kinds of red tape and I think the staff takes it on the chin as a result. The Doctor is affable and gentle and genuinely concerned about his patients.
He is very dr patient friendly. He is been tremendous with my husband care. He takes his time with you and explains everything in detail. I would recommend him to anyone
I was told he is top-notch but I was told wrong. Waited one hour and 25 minutes for him to ask the same (almost verbatim) questions I had to answer on the printed forms. The office staff is a bunch of snakes. They really don't know what they're doing. My impression is they all think they are God-like and doing you a real favor by taking your money. Unfortunately this medical business is not unlike many others where the focus is on money, money, money. Patient health be damned.
He is always late for appointments, Office techs told me the office is poorly run. I noticed a high turnover of employees.. Missed a one inch Bladder stone. It almost cost me my Life. Hes always in a hurry. Hes obviously no longer my Doctor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE.
