Just finished at Cosy hair spa. My best friend organised a surprise trip to Adelaide for my birthday and included a 90min Japanese head spa. The place is fantastic. You’re taken into a separate room specifically for the head spa with low lights and music. I fell asleep during treatment so not exactly sure what happened after the wash lol but was woken up gently for a neck and shoulder massage. Had a bob haircut with Jessi and was happy with the result. Jessi was attentive, and the complimentary tea and snacks were appreciated. 5/5 During my appointment, the music changed to festive CNY music which slightly altered the otherwise calm salon atmosphere. For a $90 haircut and wash, I was expecting a consistently relaxing experience. Overall, a good haircut, with some room for improvement in ambience.
The full service was easy all the way from booking to experience. Very satisfied with the head spa treatment, and my stylist just knew exactly what she was doing. Have already recommended to friends.
