Went Sunday at 4 pm for a hot lobster sandwich and iced tea. No wait and it still took 30 minutes. The $18.95 sandwich was a 1/4 cup-sized lump of chewy lobster bits on a small hamburger bun. No taste of butter and definitely not hot with two bites of cole slaw in a tiny paper cup and a bag of chips. The view is drop-dead gorgeous from the upstairs. Just wish the tourists and locals got a better bang and some great-tasting lobster for their bucks.
