My chief complaint is in regards to billing - I paid my bill promptly out of pocket, but never received a receipt or claim. I don't need a paper copy, but expect it to be submitted to my insurance so I can see the breakdown there. I already have a high-deductible, but if nothing ever counts towards it, then that effectively makes my deductible higher.

What can I say, Dr. Bob has been nothing short of a blessing to me and my family for the last 10+ years. You are one of the most HELPFUL, KIND, GIVING, and CARING people that I have ever met. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!
My wife and I both seen Dr. Costello and love the guy. He takes time to speak with his patients and it's obvious he really cares about their well-being. He's also a very good chiropractor and has helped us both.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Costello is professional, knowledgeable, and a great adjuster. He is also the only currently certified CCEP chiropractor in the greater Pittsburgh area, which means a lot if you are seeking highly specific care for your extremities! I highly recommend this office!
