Yes to the store! I won't go to the Modesto Costco any more, however, I have had a major problem with the Wireless Kiosk. Have been waiting for a refund from a mistake that THEY made for over 4 months. Costco would take care of an issue immediately, however the Manager has been stalling for months with excuse after excuse. I need a NAME AND NUMBER for some action. Prices at Costco are always good due to its business model. However customer service at Costco Warehouse at Colchester VT is very bad. Cashier named Ryan can’t even talk. My 70 year old mother tried to pay by cash and this minimum wage employee was acting like she was trying not to pay for purchases at all. The lack of signage in aisles and lack of self checkouts make this a casual browsing store and not somewhere you can quickly get in and out of. When I have time to stroll through aisles on a Sunday it's nice, but at 5 PM after working 8 hours I really don't want to stroll to find my stuff. Spent 10 minutes just trying to find the laundry soap. Spend 10 minutes at Sam's club picking everything up I wanted, self-checked out, and had all of my stuff loaded in my car.
