Way too chaotic too many people
RecommendedI do recommend shopping in this store because of the quality and selection of the products. However, it does get INSANE due to the amount of people shopping here. You can barely get to items on shelves because too many people are constantly in the way. You must bring a ton of patience to make it through a shopping trip in this store!!

something was changed on my membership w/o my knowledge? A sweet lady in her mid 60's was wonderful. She corrected the issue,Also she signed me up for the Citi bank rewards card with super benefits! she was wonderful. The cashier with the attude gets a pass telling me to cover my nose with the mask as I'm checking out,Explaining that she doesn't have to service me? The mask was on we were divided by plastic. Other thsen that a great experience.
I love this place my favorite go to spot
The store fills up with pretentious me first people for most of the day except close to closing. I made the mistake of going when it opened, never again! The staff is excellent and the selection is great too. Being a short person, I’m 5’2”, makes it difficult to navigate the store because the stacks of products are so high I can’t see much but what’s in front of me. some of the price tags were missing above the items. can't eat in the foot court even though it's allowed in Michigan. the meat department was not looking great
Love Costco. Visit every time I’m in Katy. Wish we had one closer to where I live. Love the prices and products.
I appreciate the quality of their store-brand foods. The liquor selection is pretty good as well.
