I bought a sofa sectional this morning and the Costco staff could not have been more helpful when I discovered that the trailer I brought was far too small. They loaded and unloaded twice, then took the boxes into the back while I went to rent a truck. Then they loaded again—-all with smiles and helpful tips. So Costco—-well done on the hiring, but WHY no delivery option? Surely there must be lots of guys with trucks who could be contracted to do deliveries? But I love my Granger Costco.
After a quick trip to Costco today with my daughter and grandchildren... The battery in My Flex died. Costco employees went above and beyond to help us out. Jason from the Automotive department was super nice and more than helpful today! Totally appreciate him and everything he did. Cold water for the kids... Got gas there and was charged 25.01 for my gas which isn’t the problem they put a $100. Dollar hold on my card as well which now shows that I was charged $125.01 for my gas I’ve called Costco several times I’ve the past few days as well as calling Costco Corporate Office. Corporate went through my last 15 purchases with my card I used and seen I’ve never been charged the fee hold most gas stations use on credit or debit cards they blame the bank card for the problem which I’ve got copies of the transactions from both the ban... read more
