So my wife and I have been members of Costco for almost two years. My parents and grandparents have been members since I can remember. We love it! Well, yesterday we were showing some of our friends Costco to see if they would like join. They also bought a few things while they were there. On the way out, a wine bottles fell and broke in the parking lot. We alerted the staff about the broken bottle. Before we left, customer service told us to get another bottle for no charge.
