The only quality thing that Costco sells is food. Everything else that I have ever bought at Costco breaks. I spent $500 on a raft from Costco and it worked for 1/2 of a river trip and then started leaking out of the spot where the oars go. Pressure washer worked for about two hours then the gun failed. Kind of sucks you think they would source out some quality items with how much they charge for membership.
Horrible customer service trying to buy a TV from Costco and thinking of cancelling my membership. I live over an hour away from my nearest Costco but maintain a membership for bimonthly trips. RecommendedCostco never disappoints. I've been to Costcos all over the US and they consistently have good customer service, amazing prices, and delicious hot dogs. Due to the recent viral video of an employee telling an anti-masker that he was no longer welcome at Costco and their general handling of opening during the pandemic I will be a member for life, no matter where I live.
