I have been a member of this Costco since it opened. Usually I have been quite satisfied, but today was a different story. I finished my shopping today around 3:30. There were only 4 lanes open and the lines were quite long. By the time I got through line and then went through the long line to get out the door, it was nearly 4:00. This is really too much time to check out and exit. For a typically busy time of day, there needs to be more lanes open and there needs to be at least 2 door people.
Rude customer service. Will never shop there again.
Dear Costco in GA, while we loved your store, we can no longer tolerate paying a penny to GA taxes due to GA's passage of HB 575 known as #FADA. We will take our $$ elsewhere. Sorry.
Standing in line at Costco now. Lines go almost to the back of the store. This is ridiculous #notthecostcoimusedto
