Went to Costco for new glasses after a disappointing experience elsewhere and was met with the loveliest staff and unbelievably affordable options. At Costco, I paid half of what the other optical store quoted me. I was stuck in a mess because of this other optical store and they fixed all the problems I was having. They went above and beyond. Constantly understaffed and extremely rude people who work here. Every single time I visit this location, it is absolute mayhem. They don’t have any idea of customer service, help people who jump the line, and are all terrible at their jobs. Highly recommend taking your money elsewhere as this place is terrible.

I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier at this location today.
I'm in Halifax from our of province on a urgent family matter. My glasses arm broke and the absolutely fantastic staff at Costco replaced the arm and had me on my way in twenty minutes ... and they didn't even charge me. Best customer service ever. One less thing to worry about. Thanks so much.
