I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier at this location today.
I'm in Halifax from our of province on a urgent family matter. My glasses arm broke and the absolutely fantastic staff at Costco replaced the arm and had me on my way in twenty minutes ... and they didn't even charge me. Best customer service ever. One less thing to worry about. Thanks so much.
Staffs are rude. They don’t want to help for even 5 mins because they want to sign off early.
I took my family in last week. 3 and 5 year olds. The staff was nothing but patient and helpfull well trying to get scans done and paper work filled out. We seen Dr. Grimm who was spectacular. She walked my girls through their tests with ease. Dr. Grimm is one of the most caring and helpful people I've ever meet in the healthcare industry. She is very genuine in her care . Actually addressing the issues and sharing her knowledge in a professional manner.
One of the older men working was rude towards me when I wanted to renew an order. For working at Costco for 7 years you would’ve thought he knew how to work with people.
