Bought my glasses here a year ago. Noticed the screw got loose and the frame was a bit bent, so I brought them in today. They fixed it on the spot, super friendly and efficient. No hassle at all. Really impressed with their after-sales service. Highly recommend!
My recent experience at Costco Vision Center was disappointing. The appointment felt rushed, with minimal service from Doctor and the staff I interacted with beforehand. I was left with the impression that the focus was more on collecting fees than providing quality patient care and customer service. In the past, the service was excellent, especially when Loren was there before his retirement. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
Mr. PAUL over there is very nice and patient and takes very good care of clients. Overall satisfied with the service. But other lady over there is very rude . Horrendous service by her.Her name starts with the letter Vi.
Don't bother doing an eye test or getting glasses from this place- they are cheap but they don't care about your vision health and actually do a real examination. They have the rudest staff and the doctor is rude and arrogant. Go to Dartmouth vision center or other optical places in the city.
Went to Costco for new glasses after a disappointing experience elsewhere and was met with the loveliest staff and unbelievably affordable options. At Costco, I paid half of what the other optical store quoted me. I was stuck in a mess because of this other optical store and they fixed all the problems I was having. They went above and beyond.
