My experience with Steven from the Flagler Optical Department was much, much less than favorable! He seemed to have an attitude from the beginning, he wasn’t helpful, did not offer to adjust my glasses, I had to chase him down to get him to adjust my glasses so they don’t slip down my nose. U would think a person that deals with the public would have better people skills! Please someone teach him how to properly deal with a person whose only request is to be treated in a courteous way.
Excellent experience! Called in and quickly set up an appointment for four days out. Showed up to my appointment and was kindly greeted and taken in right away after a VERY short wait. The staff at Lowinger eye care performed my eye exam pleasantly and helpfully, Great patient care! I had an appointment not so long ago, to check my eyes due to having some blurry vision and my expectations were exceeded ! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and very helpful ! They take care of their customers very well and make sure their customers are happy :) Dr.turner was very nice and friendly ! And explained everything to me in a great way for me to be able to understand truly appreciate it! Jazzmin, amanda and kaylee were also friendly workers and very helpful! You will not regret going !
The inventory is very limited but what they have its ok. Prices for known brands are very competitive (Ray Ban frames are like 99 dolars). Costumer service.... you will get only good attention from the manager. Everyone else is very rude and not informative at all. You are expected to know everything, they will not explain nothing to you. I found myself asking quesion after question and obtained very little information.
