Unhelpful, unprofessional, and not prepared. There is very poor communication with customers and even between members of the crew. It tooks several hours for them to look at a single popped tire only for them to tell me it needed to be replaced and didn't have the replacement tire, despite making an appointment several days in advance. They also started working on the car that brought in the tire, not the tire that was in the trunk as I had explained several times. Didn't start working on my car until 1.5 hours after my appointment time. Poor customer service - not my usual Costco experience.
Quick and Helpful
Lack of empathy to customers! I wish someone at Costco can read this review and take action to improve the service. I went there to buy a battery on a Sunday and was told installation is not included. There's a $15 core fee on top of the new battery I buy and will be returned if I bring the old battery back. Ok. I respect the policy and meant to contact my auto shop for car battery installation. Unfortunately it's a Sunday and I couldn't find a shop to change my car battery.
