Trust the reviews. Worst service ever, if you think dealership services are bad this guys are worst. Had a schedule service at 10:30 am for tire installation i had bought from them. Over two hour later I went to check why I wasn't seeing my car in yet. My car was still parked where I has left it two hours back with the stupid little cone they give you to place on the hood. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here for tire service. They will not give you an accurate estimate of the wait time, and you can easily end up waiting 4.5–5 hours just for a tire plug/patch like I did. There was only one person working on tire service, which resulted in an extremely long wait. If you’re told it will only take a certain amount of time, be prepared for it to take several hours longer. A simple tire repair should not require sacrificing half your day. Less than ideal experience. But I will try a different Costco going forward because the price is so good. I ordered my tires August 28th. When I didn’t receive an e-mail or notification from the tire center about receiving my tires, I called on September 8th. The person who answered said he had no record of me even ordering tires. This Costco Tire Center has been my go to for about two years now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the team here. I've come in for tire rotations, bought and had new tires installed, had a TPMS sensor replaced, and just today they installed two more sensors on my car. Overall good quality install and professional staff. My issue is that it took vastly longer than expected. I was told 60 mins to 90 mins. 90 mins later I was told another 30 mins. 40 mins later I was told almost ready. Then it was another 20 mins till I was on my way. It ended being over 2.5 hours all said and done. Beware for planning purposes.
