I had a tire install scheduled for 2pm on a friday for one of my work trucks. When we arrived to get them installed we were told that the van is too heavy for the lift (it is 2,000 lbs. under the max they gave me). After arguing with the manager for 15 minutes, they put the tires in my vehicle and asked me to leave. I had to get them installed at another location. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS TIRE CENTER EVER!!!!
I arrived at 10:45 am for a tire rotation, with an appointment, and am still here at 2:30 pm. I am visibly pregnant and there is no update as to when the service will be completed. Avoid!
Trust the reviews. Worst service ever, if you think dealership services are bad are this guys are worst. Hard a schedule service at 10:30 am for tire installation i had bought from them. Over two our later I went to check why I wasn't seeing my car in yet. My car was still parked where I has left it two our back with the stupid little cone they give you to place on the hood. Ordered tires online, tracking showed they arrived at Costco same day, but didn't get an arrival confirmation email from Costco for two more days. Made an appointment to install new tires at 2:30pm a day later. Arrived at 2:25pm. Check-in process took 30 minutes, during which I was inexplicably passed from one service rep to another and they had trouble locating the tires that had arrived several days earlier. Should have listened to the reviews and gone to other Costco locations... 2.5 hours for an appointment for a simple tire change. Car was not even pulled in until over 2 hours passed. Incredible waste of time, for something that took about 20 minutes to do. What's the point of the appointment, and apparently I was LUCKY. Other people were all waiting longer, WITH appointments.
