do not even try to deal with the service here because employees are completely rude and nasty.
UNSAFE: Tires not balanced properly and lug nuts not even torqued correctly - off a significant amount (2 oz). I discovered this a few days after the Costco installation. At and above about 50 mph there was a lot of tire wobble, vibration, and noise. I took my car to another, proper auto shop that fixed Costco's huge errors. I do not recommend buying tires here at all. It is not convenient to have to go to another shop for proper, safe tire installation and spend more time and money to correct. Excellent service with knowledgeable and friendly staff - would definitely recommend for standard auto services!
I had a tire install scheduled for 2pm on a friday for one of my work trucks. When we arrived to get them installed we were told that the van is too heavy for the lift (it is 2,000 lbs. under the max they gave me). After arguing with the manager for 15 minutes, they put the tires in my vehicle and asked me to leave. I had to get them installed at another location. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS TIRE CENTER EVER!!!!
