Excellent service and kind staff. I had a flat tire and had to tow the car there. I had an already appointment scheduled for a few days after but they were nice enough to squeeze me in. What was an extremely stressful day was made better due to their attentiveness. I will definitely come here again.
Noticed that this place has been getting torn apart with reviews, so wanted to share my two cents. Came in for a Saturday tire installation and expected to have to wait 3-4 hours. Got a text after 1 hour 7 minutes telling me that my car was ready. Came back and was greeted by Anthony who was super helpful and let me know exactly where my car was. No complaints at all and very pleased with the customer service I received.
DO NOT GO HERE.. AVOID THIS COSTCO TIRE CENTER AT ALL COSTS I am so disappointed and actually kinda mad I decided to go to Costco for tires. I purchased a used car 11 months ago - with brand new tires on the car. I unintentionally ran over a sharp object and had to replace both of tires on my drivers side. All 4 of my TPMS sensor worked when I took the car to costco to get the tires changed. When I left, the service tech told me to drive for 5 miles and the sensor would reset. It never reset.
