Terrible. All sales and ZERO service. Got my tires changed about 5 months back, at Hayward Costco. Recently one tire started leaking fast, so I called them to see if I could get it repaired quickly. It was an emergency. Impossible to get though to tire center on phone. One time I did, they said there were 3 people in line before me and I was put on hold.
