I love Costco's prices and the convenience of getting tires serviced while you shop! Imagine my dismay when I made an appointment for a single tire repair and tire rotation, and the appointment took 3 hours and 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable, Costco.
The staff here have always been so helpful and kind! They patched up my tire in under 30 minutes to help me get to an appointment on time. Have never had a bad experience here, I will definitely be back!
Every time I call for any information, the tire center will not pick up. And I have been hung up on before talking to them before as well. This may be a review on lack of employees, which would reflect on management not getting people in there. Either way, to be open and to let your phone ring and ring and ring, is wildly unprofessional.
