Service: Tire replacement due to popped tire from pothole. Diamond cut aluminum rim damaged from tool scuff marks and gouges by Costco Tire Center. Vehicle is in excellent condition and now has damage to the rim. No claim from Costco auto mechanics were made when picking up vehicle at night and inspecting the vehicle the next day.
Never answers the phone!
The absolute worst customer service. They never answer their phones, very rude when asking questions, do not honor appointment times, the slowest place I have ever been. It took 30 minutes to check in to drop the car off and zero acknowledgment or kindness for the constant wait times.
Didn’t communicate well and scrapped up my rims when changing tires.
I scheduled online which was easier then calling. Scheduled to check if tire had a leak and change my TPMS, got to Costco checked in, they gave me est time and amount. Which was accurate, I timed it. I was called with updates, and they answered all my questions. Staff on the phone was rushed, but wasn’t too bad, the staff at the counter was friendly.
