Same thing as everyone else. They don’t pick up their phone. Had car worked on by guy named Zeke. Very rude. Overworked. Took car in two days in a row for two different tires. I suspect this rude Zeke guy messed with my other tire out of spite. Stay as far away from this place as possible if you value your car. NOT WORTH IT.
Understaffed, and if they call you to come in early don't make the effort. The estimated 1-1.5 hour wait is 2.5 hours. This location doesn't value your time and will drag there feet, from the time I arrived early as asked it was a full hour till they even started to pull my wheels. Just like most places on the island you should feel honored for the privilege to bring your business here.
