Didn’t communicate well and scrapped up my rims when changing tires.
I scheduled online which was easier then calling. Scheduled to check if tire had a leak and change my TPMS, got to Costco checked in, they gave me est time and amount. Which was accurate, I timed it. I was called with updates, and they answered all my questions. Staff on the phone was rushed, but wasn’t too bad, the staff at the counter was friendly.
I ordered tires from costco.com with an expected delivery date of ~2 weeks. The next day someone at this location called and told me they have my tires in stock and could schedule an installation that same week. It does seem like the technicians do float around from working on vehicles to manning the counter. Because when I went to drop off my keys there wasn't anyone at the counter, but I didn't have to wait even a minute before someone came to check my suv in. The previous reviews here had me nervous, but I got outstanding service today. For context: I ordered my tires online and booked my appointment online. I arrived a few minutes early (on a Saturday!) and they got my car in and were done within 45 minutes. Lug nuts all present and still in good condition (as far as I can tell - none loose), and no damage to the wheels.
