Getting your tires here you’d get a good deal but the service is very slow and poor. For simple tire rotation, and balance, you’ll be waiting two hours usually. They won’t take accountability for their mistakes either from my experience. I recommend discount tire bc they price match and service is WAYY better.

I’m working on starting to learn the smell of stupidity, so we can quickly move on and not waste time... Costco made it impossible to replace a warrantied tire because the membership holder was out of the country, leaving his daughter in a difficult situation. That kind of rigidity isn’t worth the hassle. It was a pretty straightforward warranty claim on a tire that had a repairable puncture. This difficulty was specific to this location and management. The service is very good.The service staff and receptionists are very polite.The price is very cheap.You can make an appointment.It took me 1.5 hours to repair my tire without an appointment, but I think that's normal, and I can go shopping while I'm waiting.I want to thank you!

Went in with a nail in my tire, was told it would be around an hour wait, waited an hour and the lady said she actually told me it was a 2-2.5 hour wait so I made an appointment for the following day, arrived the next day on time for my appointment and was told it'll be around an hour wait. Go somewhere else.
