UPDATE below! The worst Costco experience to date! I regret this purchase 100% and would have rather dealt with the dealership AND would have definitely been treated better than this Costco tire center. With the $80 discount I would have only saved $40 from the dealership price of the same set of tires, but I’m sure my car wouldn’t be vibrating while driving. The lady at the desk was kind. I had new tires installed at Costco two weeks ago, and they inflated them to 45 PSI — way above the recommended 32 PSI (which is even listed on their own invoice). I went back twice for balance and alignment, and no one corrected it. This caused vibration and could have been dangerous. Customers: double-check your tire pressure. Managers: please make sure your team follows proper specs.
We noticed that one of our tires was low on a trip to Costco. We had no appointment but a technician just checked it, and put a little air in. Very nice!
