Purchased tires installed and out in 85 minutes
nobody takes care of me at the costumer service ! They all running around with out asking why I am standing there ! And then I decided to make picture of four stations with only one operator, and it is Sunday. I got their attention only when I start making the picture. This customer service is bad, and I’m going to give up with my membership.
Having an appointment does nothing here! Make sure to have the whole day set aside for your service because it will take forever. They pulled my car into the shop an hour and a half after the appointment time. Then didn't tell me when it was finished, so I was standing around for an extra 30 minutes after the service was done. All to change a set of tires
Been waited more than 3 hours, and they mess up the paint on the rims. Horrible experience!
