Fast and Efficient tire install. Ordered new tires in store on Tuesday. Got the call Thursday 2:30pm. Vehicle on lift at 4pm. Came back and picked up at 7pm.
Terrible service. Went for a tire rotation, left with an alignment issue. Last month I used the only free time I had to get my maintenance tire rotation, which I had done with a different Costco tire center in the past, that was my first mistake, thinking they’re capable of doing it at all tire centers. Whats the point of having an appt? Got there an hr early to see if i could drop my keys there while i shop in the store and they told me no, that i need to come back 10mins before my appt. Got there 10mins before my appt(after i shop around), give them the keys, sat down to eat and browse on my phone to kill some time. Over an hr passed, AND THEY STILL HAVENT WORKED ON MY CAR, and they have the audacity to tell me it will be another 45mind because they are “behind”. The things i get too for cheaper tires.
