At first, I wondered how this location could get this many negative reviews. Then I went in and met Nic and Kevin.
Walked in at 10am for a flat tire. Was given an hour to complete. Came back an hour later to find them gather around cracking jokes, they all started working after I stood by the window. They basically started working on my tire at that time, 1 hour after. That’s when they were able to tell me that I need a new tire, now I have to wait another 30 minutes. The service at Costco is unacceptable! I can’t believe I’m not allowed to shop without my husband being present with the membership card. The staff is unhelpful, the store is disorganized, and the parking lot is a disaster. This outdated policy and overall experience make me question if the membership is even worth it. I won’t be coming back!
Made an appointment, left the car only to find out 2 hours later that they didn’t even touched the car yet. Why do you even make the appointments if you don’t respect them and your customers. Disappointed ☹️
