My husband and I are roadtripping for our honeymoon and got a screw in one of our tires. Not the best way to start, but Ethan was super helpful and amazing for us! He looked at our tire right away, gave us our options, and moved us along quickly so we could get back on the road. Super helpful guy and very easy to work with!!
My husband and I went in today (Sunday), and Bailey helped us. He was really great. Very knowledgeable, and caring. We felt like we were in good hands, which is important after your tire blows out!! Thanks Costco (and Bailey)!!
Do not use this costco tire center. We have dead batteries on Two TPMS sensors that were replaced with new tires 3 years ago and they would not warranty them. The salesman told me he needed to charge me because they cost money. They obviously use inferior parts and do not stand behind their product.
Come on, it's Costco. I've never had a bad experience with anything related to Costco.
