Do not use this costco tire center. We have dead batteries on Two TPMS sensors that were replaced with new tires 3 years ago and they would not warranty them. The salesman told me he needed to charge me because they cost money. They obviously use inferior parts and do not stand behind their product.
Come on, it's Costco. I've never had a bad experience with anything related to Costco.
Helped us out when on vacation get new tires after we had sidewall damage.
Needed a new tire 7/10/25. They ordered one, said it would be here by 7/12 if not by 7/14. Got no call on 7/14 so called at about 4pm on 7/14. They said the shipping on tire was delayed. Okay, so they called 7/15 and they said the tire was there & we set up an appointment for 7pm. Typically it takes about an hour they said, and we asked them to rotate our tires as well & they said they could “only rotate one side”.
