Installers left a ton of residue on my new wheels, got grease on my interior door panels and over inflated my front driver side tire by over 15psi. From now on I’ll work with a local tire retailer that cares about the work they do
Got our tires put on here. That was a fine enough experience. Immediately after leaving the appointment my hub cap fell off my car. I noticed it was missing when I got home. My husband and I have called them several times to get this taken care of because it’s clear it wasn’t put on correctly. There are always promises that someone will ‘call us tomorrow’ when the manager is in and no one has ever called us back. This happened months ago now. Bought tires online that were delivered in a timely manner, and I called to make an appt. When I got there to drop off my car, the tires were there, but due to some kind of glitch, the computer system said they were not there. Initially, they were saying they would not be able to install them and would have to refund me, then charge me again before instalation. I was very upset. However, the team and especially Josh were very patient, and in the end, they installed my tires and made me a very happy customer! Definitely won't... read more
Four new Michelins installed. They did a great job balancing all four.
Costco is the worst place to get tires. I ordered all new tires and they installed them but broke my sensor. They lied about it and said it's an old car and they usually need to be replaced which is a bunch of bs. They were trying to get me to pay for all new sensors for my vehicle however they were the ones who broke them when installing the tires. The manager wanted to compromise to have me pay for two and they will pay for two 😡. Again they are the ones who broke them and want me to pay for new ones. Terrible character a... read more
