Wait for 2 hours and tell me I am walk in and I have to wait for 30 more minutes. I am at the top of the appointment and they just ignore it. Ridiculous and waste of time
Shoutout to Mark, who despite being surrounded by rude peers maintains his integrity and professionalism. This tire center is a glaring stain on the Costco brand. I experienced a flat tire which was at 80% tread life, with no visible punctures (a bit important to this review; I was a Costco certified tire technician for many years at a high volume location, which is to say I am very familiar with Costco's expectations, policies & procedures.) A miserable experience all around. Costco rarely misses but this tire center was like dealing with a cable company. They gave the tires my wife purchased to another customer then had her bring her car in as a walk in instead of an appointment despite their own screw up. We brought the car in at open and waited until the end of the whole day to come get it. No updates on the situation, no apologies for the mistake, no offered compensation.
