I had a great experience with the Costco Tire Center and really appreciate how everything was handled. I especially want to thank William for reaching out to me so quickly. He was the first person from the store to contact me, and I really appreciated how fast he responded and helped get the process moving. Matt, the Tire Manager, was also extremely helpful. Very disappointed in this place. Poor service, appointments doing really mean anything. Sales rep in there, some bald guy with tattoos doesn't know anything about customer service, or how to explain company policy. What happened to good service at Costco? No more battery replacement? Only pro rate, so if you're buying a new battery and it dies on you within 3 years, you have to pay for a replacement. Never going back there for batteries or tires.
Despite long wait due to too many customers, their service is excellent
I needed a new battery. The battery was a good price, but could not order online. It suggested I call to check if it was in stock. After an hour of the phone just ringing I gave up.
Sitting in the Montclair Costco tire center for three hours so far. It’s probably going to be a total of four hours to get tires replaced. I was told it would take an hour maybe an hour and a half to install tires I had to order online last week. This isn’t how I have had tires replaced before. DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES REPLACED HERE. You just do not have to put up with this bad service. There are many other tire companies that have comparable prices with much better service
