Get rid of some of the rude, none acknowledging checkers..It's real easy, if you don't like your job quit...but my wife and I spent over $700. on our last trip and your clerk "Dave R." never said hello, looked at either of us only to say the amount due...had he been attentive he would have notice that I had all ready had my credit card in and out of the machine...and its not the first time this has happened - with the same guy!

I stood in line for two hours to get cleaning supplies in a soon as I get to the door I see a sign that they just put our notifying everyone that they are out of cleaning supplies paper towels toilet papers!!! Because people are coming hours early to be able to get things they should put a sign up the night before because had I have known they had none of the stuff that I needed I would’ve never got up extra early to stand in line for two hours to find out my time was wasted and I got nothing I needed
Thank you so much for giving the Healthcare and essential workers an opportunity to shop with convenience. Thank you for honoring those in the front lines. I definitely. would recommend Costco. I have been a member for years and will continue to be.

I’ve been to the Vallejo Costco and I was not satisfied with their customer service they were rude they had false information they just were snotty and they are forecasting the service they don’t know how to handle crowds then I went to the FAIRFIELD Costco and had a wonderful time
