The tire was punctured by a nail but they wouldn't fix it.
Recently got two tires replaced here. They broke the center caps and wouldnt replace them ($20 value). Seriously? The manager, Josh, was super rude and lied, saying they were already broken and would fall off if they put them back on. Tell me Josh, how were they already broken, but rode nice and securely for 2 years since I last got tires? If yall broke the retention clips on accident, just replace it.
They had me finished up before the original quoted time, and were very friendly!
