Your online pharmacy sucks. Go back to the drawing board. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE knows how to help a customer with the online refill. Suppose to be an easy process, its not. You have to actually have your RX BOTTLE EVERY TIME YOU NEED TO DO A REFILL. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT. WHAT IF I LOST THE BOTTLE, OR CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE MEDICATION AT LEAST AT KAISER ALL MY MEDS ARE LISTED, I PUT A CHECK MARK NEXT TO WHAT I WANT REFILLED, THEN DELIVER TO MY HOUSE. Every time I go to Costco I never have a bad experience, knock on wood. But there are some employees that do need to work on customer service. They work with such a sad or pissed off look on their face.
I shop here monthly as we have a large family. Usually we have Dave as our cashier on purpose. Well this tine we got there a little late and were serviced by Miriam and Vince. No greeting, no small talk. I even asked where the sandwich bread was moved to and they both looked at me like i had 3 heads and then continued ringing me up. Unacceptable!!
I love walking down the aisles to see what's on sale. For example, I bought a new set of contigo which is on sale. Then we had our flu shot (how can you beat $20!). And I only spent $400 out the door. �
Bought chicken this morning and it's not fully cooked �. I can still see raw red meat inside !!!!
