I think that if the store is closed when it is supposed to be open, a sign on the door, a recording when you call, or a post on the Facebook page by store management is in order.

Well I used to love Costco. I moved here from Florida a couple of months ago and I have been a member for years. I went today and had filled my cart with about $100 worth of needs for my home. I get up to the register and they tell me that I need to renew. Well due to my strict budget I did not have the $60 to renew until next week.
