I have been shopping at Costco Warehouse on Gingerwood Dr. in Wilmington, NC for years. I used to get my prescriptions from the Costco pharmacy. I used past tense with that sentence because yesterday, a man named Mark Nash made me lose all respect for this store. My wife and I have been rebuilding from our aftermath of Hurricane Florence every weekend for the past 6 months. The WOW factor from employees at this Costco today was amazing. My day started with a flat tire, but thanks to the team at the Tire Center, it got much better. First, the team was realistic about the time to install the tires. The employee actual under promised and they over delivered by finishing much earlier than expected. Just wanted a basic membership, the salesman told us that with the executive membership, I would earn reward AND get a guarenteed minimum amount the first year. This amount would cover the second year of membership, at the basic club rate. Yeah, that was a LIE!!!
I really like the people their especially the kindness of Teresa Ellis!!!! I want to thank her for everything she has done for me. She delivered food to my sick brother in the hospital. There is angels among us, we are so blessed to have met her!!!
Does anyone else besides me see anything wrong with this picture. I bought this rotisserie chicken earlier today for dinner and get home and see this. Thank god I only ate a little before I discover the inside bloody. I call Costco and the associate says to me you can bring it back and we will give you another one. So I ask what if I get sick from what I ate. She reply’s I think you should be fine but then you will have to bring the chicken back if you do. � ummm ok ��
Always has a nice variety of retail items, as well as awesome food...and you even get to sample the food that is being promoted...make sure you come hungry...lol. The staff is very nice and supportive to your needs. 5 stars ✨ all the way!
