I visited the place because I just moved to the area and the guy at the frony door was very rude. Then went to the service desk to receive a tour pass they was a larger woman with a pony tail that rudely ignored us several times and then we spoke to her again and she looked at us then walked away the staff is rude and not welcoming at all. I will keep my same club member to use for my business needs.

I checked out and bought $98.00 worth of groceries. When I got to the door the person who checks the tickets, said one item was missing on my ticket. She search my ticket to discover it was a $3.99 watermelon. I wanted my watermelon but she was going to make me walk back to the check out area and go through a separate line. I couldn't believe that since the checker failed to ring it up, they did not give it to me but wanted ME to walk back to a check out line. I left them with their $3.99 watermelon. I normally dont mind Costco but every time I buy milk for my coffee shop, their so called well designed milk jugs leak every where. Ive had to get a professional cleaner to get milk out of my cloth seats and floor because the poor quality of plastic used on the jugs.
