Nice workers, great store. Employees need better education as to where products are located.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just got my membership last night at the Menomonee Falls location and went to the food court, the girl taking my order was extremely rude! I walked back by the bakery and asked one of the girl employees a question about a cake for my son's birthday party AND AGAIN...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This experience makes me never want to go to Costco again. So I suggest being more selective about who you're hiring!!!! So disappointed!
