What an amazing customer service experience we had tonight. From the 2 gentleman (Justin & sorry for got the other name) that helped us fix the birthday cake that my daughter put her finger in as we were shopping. The woman at the food counter that kindly helped us and it was closing time. Finally the gentleman Kevin who was getting carts out of the parking lot and stopped to high five my daughter and teach her a handshake. We have been to the Falls Costco many times and have never had a problem. Most everyone we have come in contact with has been very helpful or friendly. We had to do a return yesterday and then I had to renew my membership and they went above and beyond what they needed to do. As I shopped, I went to grab milk (to which I hated their milk jugs but it was so cheap I dealt with it) , and to my joyful surprise they had changed their jugs so pouring will be so much easier!
