RecommendedCostco is great for high quality goods and fair prices. We buy food items and some bulk items. In the past we have purchased nousewares and technology as well. The stores are always clean, and staff are helpful and seem to be enjoying working there. What’s not to like.
RecommendedRecommended- just not on Sunday at noon. I turned around and walked out due to the size of the check out lines. My time is more valuable than the cost savings. Paid a little more somewhere else in half the time.
I heard you asked a gentleman to leave because he was open carrying a sidearm. I occasionally OC, and generally receive far more thanks than anything negative ,if that is your stand on my 2A RIGHTS ,I will take my business elsewhere.
Always a good shopping experience here. Shelves are always stocked properly. Cashiers are fast. Highly recommend this location. The cafeteria is hit or miss mostly due to being busy or running out of things (straws, spoons, etc). A new kitchen manager who knows how to order and keep things running would be a good solution. But the food is good and cheap. Overall, I love CostCo!
RecommendedOverall, I am very happy with the merchandise and the customer service at the Menomonee Falls Costco. The only exception would be the tire and battery department, which gives me the impression of being chronically understaffed. For example, I ordered a set of tires on Nov. 8th, and, according to the tracking site of the carrier, they were delivered to the Costco warehouse on the 13th. RecommendedBeen there a few times. The employees are so nice and very helpful! They have great quality stuff and for good prices! I would highly recommend it to everyone. You can always find what you are looking for
RecommendedIf you have money and want to buy something, Cosco should have it.
Be careful when buying fruit. They don't appear to look over the quality. Been 3 times this summer alone where I've purchased fruit and half of it is either moldy or full of spider webs.
I like Costco. But if they stop selling the polish hot dog at their deli. I will cut up my executive card .
