This is a nice looking store its not as diverse as sender rd. Great customer service floors are marble beautiful.

I have a lot to say but it keeps saying my post is abusive ....the rating isn't directed at the employees but lost prevention and management.... what I really had to say is on Yelp
Used to rave about Costco's customer service - NO MORE. Most stores would allow a customer to exchange size of an item at the door - not COSTCO. They insist you stand in line to return the item. In spite of a waiting line of 30 minutes - no exceptions. This could have been a very simple exchange (no code differences at all), but staff insisted this was company policy. I guess COSTCO feels they no longer need to consider the customer. Guess I'll try SAM"S CLUB.
After a bad experience, I went there to buy Rx sunglasses only. I found a pair of regular glasses too. Both progressive, I might add. Both cost less than the one pair from the Dr office. Tiffany was the young lady that helped me. She was AMAZING!!! She knew her stuff, was very professional AND nice. I will continue buying my glasses there forever. Good job Tiffany, you just got a lifetime customer❣️
I had a great time purchasing groceries at Almaden Plaza Costco. The items are wholesale and in bulk. I bought things such as seaweed salad and cherrios. I am glad my parents are members and I in the past.
