Shopped at Almaden Costco today. I’m almost positive I lost my earring there today. I hope someone turns it in. These are sentimental; first they were given as 33rd birthday present (they total 66 points as I was born in 66, then reset as a 50th birthday gift and at the same time when I beat appendix cancer (one of the rarest). 5 1/2 hour long wait to fix a flat tire! Meanwhile my car is jacked up blocking 2 driveways cause i couldn't jack it up next to a curb. What if I was traveling and just needed a quick fix? Ur gonna make ppl wait 5 1/2 hours for a 10 min fix job? Someone needs to look into this policy. Until then I will never purchase tires from costco ever again.

Love Costco and have for over a decade. Few things: 1. Their new location Great Oaks is not listed which has Costco gas and much larger dedicated parking space with easy access to the hwy 85 and newer carts 2. Their cashier's and employees are not trained as well as other Costco with inconsistencies. Manager like Jacklyn and cashier's like Paula - want to stay away from
I normally come here and the receipt checkers are always great with my kids. Although I look forward to steak on my Costco runs, my kids look forward to happy faces on our receipt when we leave. This time, my kids were disappointed... My daughter kindly asks for two faces since my son was with us also. The receipt checker gave a sigh as if she was inconvenienced and added, "com'on we're busy kid." Some people don't belong in positions dealing with people.
