I just completed a purchase at Costco and was very disappointed with the attendant who assisted me. The attitude was unacceptable — the language used was rude, and the manner was impatient. This experience left me feeling extremely upset, to the point that I was in tears. I cannot understand why a customer should be treated in this way. I sincerely hope that you will take steps to improve the professionalism and quality of your staff so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.
They have a terrible service. First, I went there to have a pair of glasses done, one for distance and another for computer. They made them with the wrong measures and the people working at the optical didn't even check them, so I had to go to the optometrist again to verify if the glasses were accurate. The second time the computer one was finally accurate, the other needed adjustment. I had to go for a third time, finally with the proper measures, and placed the order. I'd like to share my experience with Tom Zambros at the optical counter this past Saturday Aug 23rd. Not only did he help me save a lot of money with the mention of bonuses and special offers, but he did it all with grace, professionalism and a great sense of humor. Went to buy some tzatziki turbo for an event I was working last weekend. I couldn’t find the tzatziki but what I did find was that the people in the optical department were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful even after the millions of questions I had. I would highly recommended.
