Jesus at the Marina del Rey Costco fixed my glasses which I thought were beyond repair. He did a great job he was very pleasant while he was working on the glasses and didn't charge me anything. How can you beat that ?
I had an eye exam with Dr. Ito, and ordered a couple pairs of glasses through Leo. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient - everything a customer could ask for. Leo and the rest of the staff provided an excellent customer experience!
Doug Nishida, OD, FAAO is a skilled professional. He referred me to an eye doctor for a condition - if not treated could have caused me to go blind . He also checked my eyes and prescribed two pairs of glasses (per my request since I was not sure which routh I prefer) Both glasses feels perfect. I’d like to take a moment to say Thank you to Marco from the Marina Del Rey Costco optical department. Marco was patient, kind and very helpful in helping me select new glasses. I needed help figuring out how to implement my vision insurance towards getting a new set of glasses for driving. Marco spent the time and effort to walk me through the process despite the amount of people waiting to be helped. I really appreciated his amazing customer service and time. Thank you Marco.
Staff is super rude. They hold long personal conversations with each other while we stand and wait in the torturous lines that offers no seating or accommodations for elderly anywhere.
