RecommendedYes to the store! I won't go to the Modesto Costco any more, however, I have had a major problem with the Wireless Kiosk. Have been waiting for a refund from a mistake that THEY made for over 4 months. Costco would take care of an issue immediately, however the Manager has been stalling for months with excuse after excuse. I need a NAME AND NUMBER for some action. The staff at this location is very unprofessional. Complaints made to the corporate office are redirected right back to the store manager who covers for employees. Staff here need to be trained or retrained on how to treat customers. This location is trash(Stockton location on Hammer Ln.)
