Such a waste of time place. So arrogant and rude staff. Making you a favor to check your insurance and tell you the price. Never had any problem to have shipped my lenses, they don’t offer that. So rude and unprofessional staff. Just make yourself a favor and avoid this place. Wasted 1 hour of my time.
My experience with the eye dr was excellent. $120 self pay for a contact exam (+$25 for the opt-map retinal imaging to check ocular health) is the most reasonable I found when calling around as of 1/3/25. I was able to schedule and be seen within a few days, and was provided with a new set of lenses during the exam as well as a mini bottle of solution free of extra charge. Worst place ever! They didn't even give me an eye exam! They wanted me to pay for $115 for a medical exam for my eyes because I said I see floaters. I didn't want to sign that form for the medical exam on my eyes but the doctor won't go forward with my regular exam until she does the exam for the floaters. Shouldn't it be the opposite!??! I’ve been a loyal Costco member for years and have visited multiple Costco Optical locations, always receiving great service—until now. Unfortunately, this branch is an exception. The staff at this location lack patience and fail to prioritize customer care. Eye wear isn’t just merchandise; it’s a medical necessity. Misaligned glasses can lead to long-term damage, yet this branch didn’t demonstrate the attentiveness or precision required for such an important service.
