I am disable, and need a walker for mobility. Came with my stroller and service animal(part of my aid.) Easier for me animal stroller Tnen a walker. I got my official paper. The manager was rude and did not accept to take a look at my disable certificat and turned me back. I stay polite, but ask her name, just gaved me her first name only. I was answering her question, but she obviously had made up her mine, and was not listening. This is very sad. So could not get what I needed for lunch

If you need, or just think you need hearing aids this is a place to visit. Free hearing exams by specialists who are not commissioned sales people. Premium name brand hearing aids are available for less than half price. Prices include lifetime care & supplies with 3 year warranty and 2 year accidental damage & loss protection. I highly recommend.
Of all the Costco Hearing Aid Stores we've been to, this has been the best experience. We are traveling and my mom was having a problem with her Hearing Aid. Stephanie was so knowledgeable and most of all KIND. She patiently explained everything and tried to help and advise us on what to do. The Hearing Aid was purchased at another location (TX) but we have never experienced such a high level of empathy and service.
Had been to E.N.T.last week.told needed hearing aids .wanted second opinion. Went to costco ,and had extreme ly extensive test .result Do Not NEED hearing aids.costco does not work on comission so you know results are fair.I thank Gilbert and Tracey for the excellent service .it pay to be a costco member .saved $ and agony of wearing something I did not need ..thanks again ..john
